How did you find TMAN?: Just Surfed On In!
Comments: I really enjoy training in martial arts. It sure is the basis for a better life. I'm always open to anything new pertaining to martial arts. I personally believe that a person should always leave room in his or her cup, meaning , always be open to further learning, etc.

Comments: Glanced through archives this morning and as luck would have it I came across
a letter dated November 22, 1998 written by a "Professor" Joseph B.Yerkes concerning
the World Karate Union Hall Of Fame or as he has called it hall of shame! Yes, Mr. Yerkes
you were recommended to us last year as are 99 % of our inductees by our board members and past inductees.
However as vice president of organization, I would propose that you be the first recipient
of Hall Of Shame Award since you have chosen to print your allegations without inquiring about the oraganization!
Yes there is a fee - most award banquets do charge one. Each of our members receive a placque, WKUHOF ring, dinner
seminars, etc.We also host one in Australia and run a Ratings System. You are not the only person with 35 years experience.
Among our noteworthy are the late Grandmasters Harold Long, and Don Nagle. Aaron Banks, Johhny Kuhl,Gary Alexander and Phillip
Porter are among those who joined us and were honored this past June. Contrary to your beliefs,
not all who apply are admitted. For those as high as yourself, there is a screening process which goes before our 20 highest
ranking members. There is no teloling whether you would have been voted on or not!
Since I have just come across you letter and it has been on Internet for a year now, it is my
turn to let those know that while you were recommended to us, I have never had the pleasure of speaking with you to explain
or speak to you of the WKUHOF and I sincerely doubt that you have spoken to anyone in the organization!
