Comments: I am going to south India, Kerala, to study Kalarippayat, a very ancient martial art, which combines the force of animal postures, the knowledge of Yoga, and natural medicine : Ayur-veda (special oil massage treatments for flexibility, etc...) with very strong physical training. High kicks, jumps, and very low falls, splits, backbends, and of course a series of weapon mastering (at least 6) which is complex, and ends up with the learning of 108 vital points on the body to immobilize, or strike with also bare hand fighting, when in great danger.
