Comments: The ICHF is corrupt. The supposed Grandmaster John Pellegrini got to 9th Dan in incredibly short time period. His skills are marginal, he's an alchoholic and chain smokes. He regularly creates instructors & black belts by selling them credentials they have not earned nor deserve so he can increase his bottom line selling more to them and their students. It is the AMWAY approach to Martial Arts. There is no testing or screening process for rank. People write the check and get the rank. One year is typical to Black Belt learning a handful of techniques via video. The ICHF is a bogus Hapkido organization selling worthless paper rank & merchandise. It is the perfect example of everything wrong with the Martial Arts today.
