Comments: The ivors form norwich who are actors on air short people like hobbits who are gay who have physically harmed sensei steve leggett at 26 murrells court in norwich,thought he was gay attacked him in his sleep by pulling his throat back so he could not breath and wired him up so everyman could laught at what the ivors had done he was made to stay at his nans in beccles for 6months because they thought he was gay the ivors go around thinking they are hard cases the man they say who done this is paul they have blamed shaun newson of beccles and his mum for this investagation and sensei leggett is not one of mr rushmeres students in the past and never said he was this is dating back to 2000 when the instructor you saw was drunk and said"are you a relative to c broadley" an ivan,sensei steve leggett karate and teaching is fine always was and contunes on the right path of karate-do always did,the next time they have sensei leggett under investagation come and knock at the door this investagation was to have a lot of fun by the ivor next time let sensei leggett join in the fun and get the job done.

Comments: The spinning shuto technique is what a japanese sensei would teach kids for dexterity but at the same time kids think its fun,an aduilts class it is based on mathematics 75% is on the back leg while 25% is on the front leg deep stance,spin round and maintaine the maths which has been suggest the next time they train for fun in an aduilts class,try and think what you are doing kids find it fun,but aduilts find it diffcult to keep a stance how you see back stance normally once you have spun round it is not there for fun but to suggest and maintane the exercise without taking the shortcut.
