TMAN Trip to Thailand Sa-wat-dee krup. Bangkok, a city of over 12 million people. Traffic in its city streets is amazing, between the cars, tu tu, and motorcycles if it were not for the courtesy of the people of this great country you would have a hard time crossing the street. You will not hear horns blowing or people shouting at each other or sirens from police car. The people of Thailand are poor in the sense of having great wealth. They live in very old rundown homes we would have abandoned long ago. However to me these people are some of the richest people on the planet. To sum up the way I feel about this country and its people, I have only to say the words of a friend of mine that had an opportunity to visit Thailand some years ago. He said this is a country worth fighting for. Visit this amazing city if you have a chance. We have included some pictures of our trip. Kawp-koon krup, |
