American citizens over the age of 21 that are willing to provide documentation as to the current rank of black belt or above. All applicants must have clean records and be willing to provide the names of three non-family members that will vouch as to their character.

If you Qualify

Step 1: Fill out the application, do not leave any field blank.

Step 2: Send any documentation as to your Black Belt rank along with a recent picture I.D. to:

Your application will be processed quickly once we have received your black belt documentation and a picture I.D. (May be submitted electronically) You will receive in an email your  “ANA00000 Serial Number” This number must be embroidered on to the “left” side of an “all black baseball cap” The stitching must be a bright yellow. The stitching should be a ¼ of an inch in height and be started a ½ inch in from the brim of the cap.  It is our intension to one day be able to pay all members back for this cap however for now to get this program up and running we need you to take on this expense. If you have the means to donate funds to this project for the purchase of caps or you are a cap manufacture with caps to donate please contact us at the above address.  Monetary donations should be made out to America’s New Army. We need this program.
