Black Belt Pre-Test

Overview:

Sat., ____ will be a mandatory class for all 1st gups, (Red belts with 3, 4, 5 & 6 Blue Stripes) Senior and Jr. Cho Dans (Black Belts) to attend. This class will cover all the material necessary for the ____ Black Belt test. If you are a Black Belt that has not actively been training, this would be a great way to catch up!

Note: Two Pre-tests are required before a student will be eligible for his/her Black Belt test.

Students that have 2 Blue Stripes:

You may attend this pre-test. However, it is NOT mandatory, at this time. Parents, please note, your child will find this experience to be well worth it.

Parents:

There is a Parents meeting at 11:15am sharp. This meeting will last approximately one-half hour. One Parent MUST attend this meeting, as information will be presented that is importance to parents and students.

Time:

The pre-test is scheduled to begin at 11:15am and will end at 5:30p.m. Students should be at the studio by 11:10am.

Cost:

Pretest fee is $230 and includes the DVD (Red to Sr. Dan). This also includes the Black and the Yellow Tang Soo Do Manuals and access to the NATSDF website members area listed above. If you are one of the students we show as having purchased these items, your cost to attend the pretest will be less the items you already have. You may pay by check or Credit Card (Visa, M/Card, A/Exp.) Fees must be paid by Fri., Oct. 10. (If you wish, you may complete the bottom of this letter and fax your information)

Lunch:

All students are to either bring lunch with them or we order and pick up pizza from Mamas Pizza. There will be ample time set aside to eat.

Notification:

Students attending this pre-test that are eligible for the upcoming November, 2008, Black Belt Test, will be notified on their Pre-test results by Master Tramontano. A scheduled private meeting will be arranged, with the parents and the candidate, to inform them on the results of the Pre-test.

You Must RSVP:

Please contact the school to advise us if you will be attending or not attending this pre-test. You may fax your RSVP to the studio by checking (Yes) or (No) at the bottom of this form.

Note: You MUST have attend the pretest before this one and THIS Pre-test in order to attend the up-coming Black Belt test! Students that do not attend THIS Pre-test, WILL NOT be eligible to take the November, 2008, Black Belt test. Please check items below you will need.
