The 6 Magic Questions for Information Calls
The Information Call has ONE OBJECTIVE AND ONLY ONE!
This objective is to get the prospective student to come to the school to see you.
Everything that you do and say should be directed towards that purpose. Do not explain your courses, justify your prices, talk about competitions, belt levels, exams, or anything else.
Once the person has taken the step of calling you, the hard part is over. You know that they are interested in lessons and in your school.
The following "Six Magic Information Call Questions" will help guide you through the Information Call process. Also, refer to the next page's topic of the "Information Call Control Sheet."
What's your name?
Are the lessons for you or for your child.?
Adults: Have you ever taken lessons before.? Children: How old is the child/children?
May I ask where you live?
Which of the two days are better for an appointment?
May we call you to confirm the appointment?
