Let the right hand grasp the four left hand fingers with the left hand palm facing upward.
Pull palms up above your head while you inhale as deeply as possible, pushing your palms towards the sky and
standing on your toes.
After holding your breath for as long as you can, drop down to your heels again letting your air drop into the
lower stomach (tanjun).
Slowly let your arms drop parallel to the ground with the palms facing east and west.
Begin slowly to exhale forcefully ALL THE AIR in the lungs while bringing the palms together.
Be sure to do both sides.
E bon.
Pull both palms up to the solar plexus area while taking a 1/4 breath in.
Act like your right hand is drawing a bow string back and the left arm is at full length with the palm facing east,
inhaling as deep as possible.
Be sure to let the air drop into the tanjun.
After holding your breath for as long as possible, bring your finger tips together in front of your face.
Exhale slowly and forcefully while pushing the palms down. Remember to keep the arms, elbow, and hands
level when you expand keeping tension in the shoulder.
Be sure to do both sides.

Assume a horse stance (kima jaseh).
Inhale as deep as possible.
Slowly extend a punch (Remember to : reach out fully twisting the shoulders as much as possible forward, without breaking stance or leaning forward. Maintain tension only in the fist and try to relax the rest of the
body).
Hold your breath for as long as possible.
Pull the fist 1/2 way back while letting the other come forward beside it.
Open palms.
Let the palms push up as far as possible.
Turn the left palm east and right palm west.
Keep the arms straight and lower the arms to the side of the body.
When the palms are 2ft. from touching, begin exhaling and try to force ALL THE AIR OUT while completing
the circle.

Stand naturally with the feet shoulder width apart and fists in front of your waist (choon bee jaseh).
Bring the fists (palm up) up to the solar plexus while inhaling as deep as possible.
Open fists, push the left palm down while pushing the right palm up (keep the body upright).
Maintain holding your breath, and stretch out as far as possible.
Turn the left palm up and right palm down. Bring them to the solar plexus with 1" distance between them.
Turn both palms down with finger tips pointing away from the body.
Begin exhaling slowly while pushing downward with the palms (remember to force ALL THE AIR OUT).
Be sure to do both sides.
O bon.
Feet together, right hand on left, fingers ponted down.
Raise the hands above your head while inhaling as deep as possible.
Hold your breath, and let the air drop into the tanjun.
Keeping your eyes on your hands and the legs straight, let your hands go back as far as possible.
Hold this position and your breath for as long as possible.
Bend forward keeping a straight back touching your toes while exhaling (remember to force ALL THE AIR
OUT). Now do it with the other hand on top.
Yuk bon.
Spread your feet twice shoulder width, with the right foot pointed off 45°.
Keep your arms straight and palms on the knees. Inhale as deep as possible letting the air drop into the tanjun.
Let your left knee bend deeper and straighten your right. While doing this try to take in more air.
Drop as low as you can and hold it, letting the upper body rest on the locked right arm and knee.
Come up to center and exhale (remember to force ALL THE AIR OUT).
Be sure to do both sides.
Chill bon.
Assume a horse stance.
Inhale as deep as possible letting you air drop into the tanjun.
Face both palms south and slowly push out keeping tension in the palms and finger tips (pulled back).
After reaching full extension, hold the position as long as possible.
Pull both hands back into fists along side the body.
Open hands and exhale ALL THE AIR while pushing downward.
Pal bon.
Stand at attention (cha rhyut).
Place the hands on the kidney area of the back with fingers pointing down.
Inhale as deep as possible letting the drop into the tanjun.
Bend backwards as far as you can while trying to touch your elbows together.
Hold the position as long as possible, then come up straight and exhale ALL THE AIR.
